Role Overview

As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals across our core service lines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on performance-based earnings and wants to be part of a growing, tech-forward company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify new B2B and government clients
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and pain points
  • Present and position NetworkHandlers.com's solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers
  • Collaborate on responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement requests
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics


Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or government contracting
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, software development, or IT infrastructure is a plus
  • Experience selling to municipalities, nonprofit organizations, or enterprises
  • Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure
