Role Overview
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals across our core service lines. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on performance-based earnings and wants to be part of a growing, tech-forward company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new B2B and government clients
- Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and pain points
- Present and position NetworkHandlers.com's solutions with clarity and confidence
- Build relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers
- Collaborate on responses to RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement requests
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, IT services, SaaS, or government contracting
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, software development, or IT infrastructure is a plus
- Experience selling to municipalities, nonprofit organizations, or enterprises
- Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure
