Over the past 15+ years, I've consistently demonstrated my ability to conceive and launch successful businesses, products, and strategies, while serving as a high-impact leader and CEO.
Geron Kendrick is Director of Customer Success at Network Handlers, where he owns the client relationship from kickoff through long-term partnership. He brings more than 10 years in technology and operations, spanning business analysis, process improvement, system support, project coordination, and quality assurance. At Network Handlers, he leads onboarding, adoption, and account health across custom development engagements in finance, HR, education, non-profit, and e-commerce. His strength is translation — turning a client's business problem into something an engineering team can build, and a technical constraint into something a stakeholder can plan around. Having worked both sides of a deployment, he sees the friction before the client has to name it. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Polk State College with a concentration in Supervision and Management. He's the person clients call when something is unclear, and the reason they call back with the next project.
Patty Staco is Chief Operating Officer of Network Handlers, where she leads delivery, client success, and operations. She brings more than 20 years of commercial and legal leadership across Fortune 500 and privately held technology companies. At Network Handlers, she has built the operational backbone behind the firm's custom development work in finance, HR, education, non-profit, and e-commerce. Her focus is scale without compromise — faster delivery, tighter execution, and the personalized client partnership the company was founded on. Patty is also a certified transformational leadership coach, and that shows in how she builds teams: clear-headed, accountable, and genuinely invested in each other. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and French from Duke University, a J.D., and an M.A.
Vijay Modi is IT Director at Network Handlers, where he leads the firm's software engineering and technical delivery across client engagements. He brings more than 20 years building software at a range of technology companies, from early-stage products to enterprise-scale system. That span means he's seen most problems before which architecture decisions age well, where codebases quietly rot, and what actually needs to be built versus what only sounds necessary. At Network Handlers, he directs development across custom software work in finance, HR, education, non-profit, and e-commerce. He sets the technical standards the team builds to: clean architecture, maintainable code, and systems the client can grow into rather than out of. His measure of success is simple — software that holds up in production, not just in demo. Two decades in, he's still the one asking the clarifying question everyone else skipped.
Jay Kropp is Director of Sales at Network Handlers, leading client success and business development across the firm's custom software and digital engagements. He brings more than 20 years in sales and client leadership, spanning new business development, account growth, and long-term client partnership. At Network Handlers, he owns the full arc of the client relationship from first conversation through scoping, delivery, and the projects that follow. His approach is consultative rather than transactional: understand the business problem first, then build the engagement around it. Two decades of client work have given him a reliable instinct for which projects will succeed and which need reshaping before anyone signs anything.
